We charge a dispatch fee to come to your home, evaluate the issue, and provide a detailed recommendation. This isn’t just a “show up” fee — our technicians perform a thorough assessment using professional diagnostic tools, electrical testing equipment, or camera systems depending on the trade. We will provide several options for maintenance and repair before work is performed. We’re upfront about this dispatch fee when you call to schedule, so there are no surprises. Do you charge differently for emergency / after-hours work?

No. We are open usually 7am to 7 pm Monday through Saturday and utilize the same pricing during those hours with no extra fees. We are closed on Sundays so that our team can rest. We’d rather you call us than try a temporary fix that makes the problem worse.

Do you offer flat-rate pricing or hourly rates for repairs?

We use flat-rate pricing for the vast majority of our work. That means you know the cost of the repair before we start — not after. Flat-rate protects you: whether the job takes our technician 45 minutes or 2 hours, your price stays the same. We’ve seen too many homeowners get burned by hourly billing where a simple repair balloons because of unexpected complications. Flat-rate puts the risk on us, not you, and that’s how it should be.

Our estimates are accurate because we diagnose thoroughly before quoting. We serve seven counties across the Upstate — from Anderson to Cherokee County — and we don’t typically add separate mileage charges within our standard service area. If your home falls in a more remote part of our coverage zone, there may be a modest trip charge, but we disclose that when you book. We have four locations — Duncan, Simpsonville, Anderson and Greenwood — so chances are we have a technician closer to you than you think.
