Woke up to realize our hvac had gone out. Our technician, Gage, was able to be out within a couple of hours of our call. He seemed extremely knowledgeable and thorough with his investigation of what made the hvac (the unit which is only 5 years old) go out and had that issue fixed and our cold air freely flowing within 2 hours after his arrival. I was extremely impressed with how quickly he was able to diagnose and repair the issue. He was also super polite and explained everything he was seeing and doing so that I could know what was going on inside that unit. I like that there were options for the repair in tiers, which allowed me to make this unexpected expense much more affordable. I gladly signed up for their maintenance program which will allow us to waive the technician call fee when we need them going forward, because the thing about home ownership is that there is always a next time. If every technician at Waldrop is as knowledgeable, prompt, and polite as Gage was today, then you can feel confident calling them out for your own home ownership emergencies!
